Consistently scoring low hinges on mastering the art of stance, body position and alignment for each golf club.
Our innovative training aid is designed to elevate your game and unlock the potential for consistently clean and precise golf shots.
Golf is a game of precision. The slightest difference in how your clubface strikes the ball can have dramatic result in your shot. Have you ever wondered why there is not one golf training aid that give you precise measurements to aid in hitting a pure shot? We did.
That’s why we created the Pure Shot.
Every golfer knows precision is key, but achieving the perfect impact is not so straightforward.
Grip, swing, stance, body position and alignment all have to work together.
Much has been written about grip and there are very good training aids for it.
The same is true for your swing. Lots written. An abundance of training aids and lots of money spent on swing coaches.
When it comes to stance, body position and alignment, that’s not the case. You can find things written by golf greats, like Ben Hogan, about how to position your feet – even for each club. Other things general guidelines written about how far to stand from the ball for each club. Nothing very precise.
Golfers from beginner to professional know how important alignment is. That’s why you see some many people using alignment sticks on the driving range. They are literally sticks (not very precise). Some golfers mark them with hash marks for each club. Reminding them where to position.
We realized that there is no good training tool on the market to help golfers with this important part of making clean precise impact with the golf ball.
Recognizing this gap, we developed a revolutionary training aid to address the challenge. Let’s step back and contemplate what we mean by stance, body position and alignment. It’s more than a linear concept; it’s a multidimensional puzzle that demands a sophisticated solution.
Not so simple to create a training aid to solve. But we did.
We considered stance, body position and alignment as foundational elements in the overall components of a golf shot. So, with a tool that enables you to find the perfect combination of all three – for each club – you can refine other elements like swing and grip to achieve a repeatable, reliable and consistent result.
At first, we thought the training aid would provide the most benefit to high-handicap golfers, but as we worked with our prototypes and engaged with low-handicap golfers, we realized the aid was even more critical in improving their game. They know the benefit of consistency. Equipped with a tool that can help them identify a minor variation in a golf shot can assist them in quickly identifying a problem. For them the aid is a tool that brings efficiency to practice sessions, as well.
Understanding the optimal body and foot position to shape a shot is another low-handicapper benefit our training aid offers. Whether you want to perfect a cut or a draw, our training aid adds precision in identifying the optimal stance and setup to achieve that result.
